(Relaxnews) – Presented Monday night and hosted by Seth Meyers, the Emmy Awards once again named “Breaking Bad” and “Modern Family” as the top shows in their categories. But more than a forum for recognizing excellence, the prestigious ceremony is also one more opportunity for celebrities to entertain us, as seen in these highlights from the event.
Seth Meyers’s Q&A session
Between awards, the host of the ceremony opened the floor to general questions. Jon Hamm, nominated for best actor in a drama series as the star of “Mad Men,” asks innocently asks whether this event will be televised and waves gleefully when he learns he’s “on TV right now.” Melissa McCarthy then wonders whether her car may be towed.
