(Relaxnews) – Rose Byrne, Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse are among the credited actors in this upcoming film, previously known under the working title of “Townies.”

A new red band trailer, premiered exclusively by MTV, offers a first look at this quirky comedy about an overblown feud between neighbors.

A young husband and wife, played by Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne, are looking forward to the peace and quiet of the suburbs, where they have just moved with their young daughter. But a college fraternity takes up residence next door, marking the start of an all-out prank war between the two houses.

Zac Efron, Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse will play the rakish frat boys in this comedy directed by Nicholas Stoller (“Forgetting Sarah Marshall,” “The Five-Year Engagement”). “Neighbors” will arrive in North American theaters in May 2014.
