Domestic goddess Martha Stewart has teamed up with rapper Snoop Dogg for a new unscripted cooking series, ordered by VH1.
The show will see the unlikely duo join forces each week to host a dinner party with celebrity guests, in a bid to “exemplify America’s fascination with food, entertaining and celebrity,” according to Stewart (via Variety).
She added that “Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party” will “redesign the traditional food competition shows in a new, different and very funny way”.
The series was created and executive-produced by Stewart and Kim Miller Olko for Sequential Brands Group.
Snoop Dog has previously appeared as a guest star on Stewart’s iconic talk show and the two also recently appeared together on ABC’s “100,000 Pyramid”.
