MANILA – Police nabbed four drug suspects, including a high-value target (HVT), and seized around PHP23 million worth of shabu in Caloocan City Thursday.

In a statement, National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) acting chief Brig. Gen. Anthony Aberin said the suspects, whose names were withheld, were arrested in an operation at Barangay 188, Caloocan City.

Aberin said a poseur buyer purchased shabu from the suspects, leading to their arrest and recovery of 3.42 kg. shabu.

The suspects are under police custody and would face charges for violations of Sections 5, 11, and 26 of Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Acts of 2002. (PNA)
