FULLERTON, CA – Inspired by the children and families that are served by the new California State University, Fullerton Center for Autism, autism researcher and professor Jason K. Baker, Ph.D., 39, of Fullerton, will walk for autism in the 10th Anniversary Walk Now for Autism Speaks Orange County on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at the Orange County Great Park El Toro Field at 6990 Marine Way in Irvine, CA.

New this year, co-director and co-founder of the Center for Autism Dr. Baker will team up with the Autism Speaks U CSUF team, a student-led organization supporting autism awareness and acceptance through a number of North Orange County initiatives.

Baker, assistant professor of Child & Adolescent Studies at CSUF, has been working in autism research and treatment for over 16 years and will be one of an expected 8,000 autism supporters to attend the 10th Anniversary OC Walk Now for Autism Speaks, to be held at The Orange County Great Park El Toro Field. Walk Now for Autism Speaks is North America’s largest grassroots autism walk.
